PMU i.e. Pari-Mutuel Urbain has created a new position of Customer Services Director. Recently, they have reveled that they have appointed Chloé Beauvallet for holding the position of Customer Services Director. The major reason behind creation of this new and prominent position is to raise the PMU’s focus on their customers and on various customer related issues. Chloé Beauvalletas is an experienced woman because, since 2000, she has been employed at French broadcaster CANAL+ and has held various positions there.
According to Michael Oddos, who is the Head of Commercial Networks, Pari-Mutuel Urbain (PMU), “The appointment of Chloé Beauvallet customer service directors at Pari-Mutuel Urbain as well as creation of customer service directors position, clearly shows our enthusiasm for placing our customers in our top most priority, and we try our best to offer then some of the best possible service we can.”
