    Chinaka,
Were you at a birthday party in Berkeley Hills last night working with Pattie Sallie? Not sure if we met there. Love your you tube stuff. Damn you have a lot of talent. Drop a line and all the best!

    hello chinaka,
me met a few years ago, 2007 actually in Denver at a ummmm youth confrence. the first thing we did was that youth speak activity with you and George Watsky. I had never seen ANYTHING like what you two did, living in Hawaii and all. But i was really inspired, i really looked up to you. in those few hours, i found a strong black woman to be my role model. Here in Hawaii there aren’t many black folks like me, i was raised around every race BUT african americans (besides my family of course).
this is funny. there is so much i want to say, i just don’t know how to say it. i want you to feel what im saying you know? but idk. i geuss what im getting at is.. i bought your book: for girls with hips,(you even autographed it for me =]) and i must admit, i was young and couldn’t comprehend most of what you were trying to say. But i re-read it last night.. im 16 now.. and i feel inspired all over again. i even tried to be like you and read out loud all smooth like you can. haha i failed.
but i just want to thank you for.. for what im not even sure. but you trully are an amaing woman =]
